“Everything is clean and there is no visible stains. Every room is with a balcony yet not all rooms are with great view. The hotel is close to the beach and if you walk 20 mins you will see the Urangan Pier. If you join the whale watching tour, the vessel is less than 6 mins walk. There are a few restaurants on the boardwalk. Room service provided only if you are staying for more than 8 nights. Wifi is not available unless you pay.”

“We arrived Hervey Bay at its transit centre. It was convenient to just catch a bus and arrive just outside the motel in 15 minutes. We stayed in a suite with jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious and nice. Though you can tell the property isn't very new, it was maintained in good condition and spotlessly clean. The bed linen was crispy clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate out in the Seaside restaurant that night, which is a part of the hotel. The food was good and we enjoyed good seafood in……

“Heated pool was very nice and apartment was good. Furniture felt a little old when sitting on lounge for instance but overall the rest was fine. Wardrobe in bedrooms werent cleaned with hair and dust around spare pillows. Overall it was still a good experience.”

“We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit, the unit was spacious and comfortable located on the 2nd floor. We had a view of the pool area. Staff are lovely! Excellent area easy walking distance to Whale Bay center and The Boat Club. Would definitely recommend.”
