“Much nicer than a hotel room!”

“The apartment was the perfect place for us to host a small Christmas dinner for our kids. Close to my son's place, and spacious enough for serious cooking. Also the perfect place to crash from all the travel and hide out from the cold weather. Are thinking about booking in the warmer weather so that we can enjoy the back deck and the nearby park.”

“This studio is compact and provides everything needed. It is clean and very cute. The only two cons were the bed was very soft and didn’t feel super stable/supportive and you can hear the walking/stomping etc from place above. Communicating with the property manager was easy and they responded quickly to questions. The location is conveniently located in Downtown Silver Spring with plenty of food and shopping options in walking distance. It is about an 8-12 minute walk to the Silver Spring Metro……

“This property was pretty clean, secure and in a nice area within walking distance to metro, dining, shopping and anything you could want or need. Concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. The listing did say two queen beds but that was not the case when we arrived. We got one queen and two twin beds which was okay for us because our daughters were able to sleep separately instead of same bed; however, if we had brought the fourth adult like we had planned, it would have been……

“I was here with my 2 teenagers and my fiancé visiting my older 2 daughters that live in Silver Spring. The description indicates that it sleeps 4. In reality, it only sleeps 2 adults and 1 teen. My daughter ended up staying with my daughters’ that live here because the “sleeper sofa” was actually a crappy futon. It was fine fire the 3 of us to sleep there, but no talk place to sit to hang out as the futon was so small. The only other seating was 4 stools at the mini table and a desk chair in the……

“Awful experience. The owner didn't reply to any communication before the actual check-in time, and therefore I had to just go straight to my event. It was after 10:30 pm when I needed to access my rental. The parking was NOT a dedicated lot but on-street parking, so I had to walk around a very long block in the dark. And then the access code (finally) provided to me was actually calling the apartment to unlock the door!!! That's not an access code! I was standing outside the building alone, in……
