「This was a great tiny house! This is the first spring break trip we have taken and the girls love the tiny house and she shed!! There was a washer/dryer. Hammock and swing in a fenced in yard! Very clean and quiet neighborhood!」

The up and downstairs patios were great for enjoying ocean views. The property management team was wonderful! Helpful and attentive but not intrusive. Good communication! 「We loved having a pet friendly accommodation with a fenced back yard- my little dog tests fences so we had to watch him, but the others were good. We really appreciated the short walk from the home to the beach- just look at the tide charts- when tide is high, the water comes up to the boardwalk steps, so you need to plan when you’re going to have beach time during low tide. We did a lot of cooking because we have some dietary restrictions, but there were plenty of pots, pans and utensils and...

Check-in and check-out was so easy and the property owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Cason House. We were there for a wedding that was in Callahan. The location was perfect for us and close to everything in the Amelia Island area. We arrived three days before the wedding so we could explore the area. We had six people in our party and the house was very comfortable for all of us, including my 94 year old dad. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee every morning. Privacy was good as the house is the last one on a dead end street.」

「Nice condo in a quiet complex with pool and playground. Pet friendly:) We enjoyed our long-weekend trip to FB. Condo had well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms have closets. Master bedroom downstairs has only a small wardrobe and two luggage racks. I would suggest a dresser to put tv on, instead of the table there.」

「Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property.」
