Nice hotel experience
Great location for outlet shopping, safe environment, cozy room. Including breakfast a plus! Noise of kids running next door after midnight was annoying for a while.

整體來說這間飯店是良好的！唯一讓我覺得有點奇怪的是所有的亞洲客人都住在一樓（亞洲人認為的地下室），是否亞洲旅客不能出現在二、三樓的房間，還是旅館業者有一些對於亞洲客人有不一樣的觀點呢？令人好奇？

The service was not good they start doing cleaning service at 7 am and really disturb because the check out is at eleven not 7-8–9 am . I wouldn’t recommend.

Second time I i have stayed here in a year. Property was clean outside and the room was also clean. It felt clean in the room as well. Little bit of an older room but wasn’t run down. Front desk checking was great customer experience and they were courteous as well.

The room was poorly designed and woodwork was dirty. Our door was coming loose from the top hinge so it was very difficult to open and close. The heat/air was extremely loud. Checkin was not very professionally staffed. All around a bad experience.

We've stayed at this property before and had no problems. This stay was interrupted by barking dogs all might long and loud talking guests outside our room very late at night and very early in the morning. We probably won't be staying there again.

I was disappointed with the door I had to push with my shoulder to open and lift to get it to shut. The lock you're supposed to be closed over the door was so loose on there. It wouldn't have stopped anybody from trying to come in. A big tear in the carpet.
