Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10”

“We had the pleasure of visiting Philadelphia for a school tour. Instead of booking a hotel I decided to search for a nice apartment or house that could accommodate 3 teenagers 2 adults and a small dog. The pictures and price per night was exactly what I was looking for. We arrived at the property late Friday night because of the traffic coming from South Carolina. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy and a little frightening. I thought we were lost. Once we found the address and went inside……

“We had a wonderful stay at this house. The managers were gracious enough to allow for an early check-in and everything was as mentioned. It really helped to have the house layout on the website description so that we could plan (we had multiple family units). Communication with the managers was fantastic from before booking until after checkout. I'd highly recommend staying at this property.”

“The places was perfect for our family of 5. Location was very good with great places for food and coffee within walking distance. There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Overall a great stay with no complaints. Thanks!”

“This is a beautiful big home with a lot of great amenities. Four full bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms is a luxury, especially for the price. We enjoyed the patio and the big dining room table, and the parking pass was a huge bonus. We walked comfortably from the house to the center of town, but it’s a little farther to some of the sights than we expected. However, Uber was easy to use and I would happily stay here again. Gladys was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating.”

“I brought my teenage daughter and three of her friends to a show at the Fillmore. This home was absolutely perfect. It is only one block from the venue. The home is exactly as pictured. Gabe and Jon were excellent hosts and replied almost instantly for the few questions I had. Sadly we only got to stay for one night, but all five of us can’t wait to book the place again! Street parking was limited, but we made out ok.”

“Nice 3 story home. It would be a good ides to let visitors know where to park. Breaker flipped once when we used the wall electric heater, and the dishes were put back into the cabinet dirty (could have been done by the previous visitors). Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.”

“We wanted a place in a city neighborhood so we could park the car and use public transportation or walk to our sightseeing destinations. The property was excellent. Location nice. Unit cleaned and well managed . We lucked into a convenient parking spot and left the car for three days. Walked to the neighborhood markets and bars and walked to the conveniently located subway station.”

“I loved learning the history of the property and the upgrades giving it the comfort one desires in a hotel room. As a business traveler, I truly appreciated the ability to make my room/apartment my home base for the multiple days that I was in Philadelphia.”
