「My family and I enjoyed our stay. We came down for an event and didn't spend too much time on the property. However, it was clean and nicely furnished. The owner was prompt in responding to questions. Would recommend.」

「Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The parking was very difficult so you may want to consider Uber to get around. My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead」

「Beautiful house with plenty of space for a family of any size to relax and spend time with each other. One of the safest areas to of Philly to stay with nice neighbors all around. The host communicates very which gives me a piece of mind when getting all the booking details. Parking is competitive I suggest to come early.」

「We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10」

「We had the pleasure of visiting Philadelphia for a school tour. Instead of booking a hotel I decided to search for a nice apartment or house that could accommodate 3 teenagers 2 adults and a small dog. The pictures and price per night was exactly what I was looking for. We arrived at the property late Friday night because of the traffic coming from South Carolina. 「Very clean spacious accommodations and decorated beautifully. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms very large! The home was perfect for my family of six adults. Good restaurants within walking distance. Parking with a really large vehicle was only challenge but always found a spot within a block. Recommend this location.」

「The places was perfect for our family of 5. Location was very good with great places for food and coffee within walking distance. There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.
