“Got a suite for me, my fiancé and 4 kiddos. Room was very dusty, carpet and furniture was still wet. Dust was on ceiling, curtains and AC unit.”

“The views were beautiful. We enjoyed being able to have our pup with us with no charge. The restaurant was out of a lot of things, but we were kind of in off-season. We loved being able to rent a golf cart to explore.”

“Never seen a staff member after checking in and checking out room was nasty the chair had stains behind the bed had crumbs on the floor no pool had four lamps only two of them worked no vent in the bathroom breakfast was waffles on cold cereal they only give you one towel and wash cloth per person they want you to reuse the towels and your wash cloth never again will I stay at any super 8”

“It was clean rooms were decent. Breakfast was good. Ice maker only worked on one floor. No refrigerator in room. Price was decent. Pool was closed. No casino perks for stay.”

“Our stay here was very disappointing. The exterior of the property was undergoing construction and looked completely chaotic and run-down, and the lobby did not make a good first impression either. While the room initially looked clean at first glance, we quickly found old leftover food left inside the refrigerator from previous guests. The pillows were lumpy and worn out from over-washing, and there was a strange, funky smell in the room—possibly an attempt to cover something up with heavy air……

“They do not accept Expedia. If you make a reservation with Expedia and pay for it, that's too bad, as they won't accept it and you'll have to pay again and then go back and deal with Expedia. "Not our problem." I basically paid $10 more for the night than what I was quoted via Expedia. Was I scammed? How would I ever know. No ice machine. Rooms were clean but dated. The toilet seat was loose, and the TP holder had fallen off the wall. People were talking in the hallway late at……

“I booked this hotel through Expedia in April and I put my trust in them with my reservation. So the day I was set to arrive the hotel was NOT the hotel I reserved. Apparently the Days Inn in El Paso IL is permanently closed and has been for 4/5 years!!! So why put it on the site if it’s not there. I’m still waiting to hear back from Expedia for my refund and even they were hard to find. I hope this doesn’t happen to any one else.”
