Superlative in every respect

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. It was definitely a case of 'small is beautiful' and great attention was paid to detail. The building may be old and quaint but facilities and service are bang up to date.What shone through most, however, was the commitment of staff who without exception showed profesionalism and did everything with a smile. Top marks to The Feathers - a real little gem of a place!
