「The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. Troy was amazing. The breakfast was monotonous for a six day stay. No mango, papaya, cossants, waffle or pancakes.」

「I have been to many resorts and this is the first time i have had issues with my stay. The lack of dining options, lack of staff enthusiasm to assist and be informative and the lack of entertainment options was shocking. All inclusive's tend to have all night options for the previously stated. We also tried to book an excursion and the "coms" were down making it really difficult to get it done. ATM didn't dispense cash and there was no push from the staff for work arounds. The drinks were...

「It was an amazing vacation however the food service was extremely slow multiple times . Breakfast would be finished and the drinks never showed up. That happen twice. You order a sandwich and it took 45-1 hour multiple times throughout the week .」

「Wow. Just wow. Both the garden view rooms and the beachfront view rooms were beautiful. Sometimes the angles and the photographer are “creative”, lol, but not here. It’s the real deal. If you ask, you can get a beachfront room with direct walk up access to one of the pools, or a direct walk up to a garden.
