“Breakfast not free. No good”

“We checked in at midnight but the staff was really friendly to help me. The room is not big but absolutely clean. One thing that surprise me is the breakfast, its really good, i love the hot scramble eggs cereal, and we can make waffle by ourselves. Also, there are many kind of nut you can take it. I just love it all. I would recommend you come, but its better to have a car, it is 30 mins drive to Boston. In addition, the nearby live environment is high level area, so it safe to stay there.”

“Very clean room and clean around the hotel. There is a big grassy area that is immaculately kept, so if you are traveling with pets, this is great. Enough room for them to stretch their legs. Rooms are quite adequate and clean. It is very quiet and close to the interstate and other amenities. I regularly stay at budget motels/hotels with dogs and this place is definitely on the nicer end of what you'll get in this price range! Staff were some of the nicest too.”

“The room was clean, staff were very very nice. However, when we arrived the AC was broke. That was day one, the morning of day two the toilet broke, someone came up and fixed it but it still broke. Then I stepped outside to enjoy the balcony to find that the balcony above was being cleaned and all the water from that one completely covered the balcony for my room with dirty water. Then we were told we’d be placed in another room it never happened due to a wedding at the hotel. Maintenance……

“Nice, very clean hotel. I did ask if breakfast was included when we checked in and was told "yes". But I found out the next morning that there was only a Starbuck's in the lobby, that charged regular prices. Disappointing that the desk clerk did not seem to understand my question-?”

“Came here to celebrate our 7 year anniversary, wish we looked else where. Pool and spa were closed for “inspection”, from what we could tell the pool and spa had been closed for a while (no pool access was not listed anywhere on Expedia). Employees had zero dress code, in t shirts and gym shorts. All ammedities were not available, that being the restaurant, pool/spa, wine cellar, and cafe. Tennis court is abandoned. Breakfast was little to nothing, and the food that was there was covered in……

“This hotel was undergoing construction, which we didn’t know when we reserved our stay. That said, our room was very clean, staff was very nice and the included breakfast was great. However, we were staying overnight because we went to a wedding and knew we would be out late and wanted to have a nice, relaxing morning with our family (who also reserved rooms). The frustrating thing that prevented this was an extremely loud fire alarm went off for approximately two hours in the morning! It was……

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made the entire room smell bad. The smell was so overwhelming that I had a difficult time relaxing and was unable to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as cleanliness and comfort are essential for guests.”
