“Hotel hell.we tried canceling when seen room but you we’re charging us for that. Hotel had numerous safety violations. Did not sleep. I can’t believe your customer service would not work with us to find safer accommodations. Very disappointing”

“The property has a lot of vacant rooms with no beds and furniture that needs to be upgraded. I give the motel a D compared to other Motel 6 that I have stayed at. The shower in my room needs to be upgraded with a better door because I panicked and couldn't get out of it until I banged on it and then it opened. It's a older motel and needs a lot of work”

“This property is old and tired. But the rooms are very well renovated. Parking was a bit inconvenient depending on the room you are in. But all in all, the value for the room and the priced, I would stay again. It looks like a property that was built before the Interstate was built, so it got left behind and the location is a little inconvenient in that regard, but it was just fine... Close to Springfield, which is why I was there and it was 1/2 the price of anything in that area!”

“It was a nice little motel and a comfy bed! the only complaint I had was the heating. It was a relatively chilly night and was pretty cold in the room. I tried to follow the instructions to turn the heating dial up but it didn't seem to make a difference. If they could provide extra blankets in the closet for nights like these, that would be appreciated!”

Recently, my son relocated to this area for work, and thanks to Fidelis, I can now rest assured that my 24-year-old son, who has yet to experience living on his own, is safe……
