Looking for an economical and pet friendly vacation spot on Wrightsville Beach? Here it is!
“Craft Upper” is a classic Wrightsville Beach 1940’s style top floor unit within a duplex. In a great location, positioned just across the street from the Oceanic Restaurant, Crystal Pier, and is only steps to the nearby public beach and sound accesses. The covered front porch is perfect for people watching, outdoor dining, or relaxing while taking in the salt air.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is all about spending quality time with family at the beach. Despite the traditional configuration of the home, the living room, dining area, and kitchen offer plenty of space for families to spread out while keeping everyone together with a somewhat open concept. This home has everything you need for a beach getaway without all the frills and unnecessary clutter.
The kitchen is functional and well equipped for preparing meals but there is not a dishwasher included among the appliances provided. A side door off the kitchen gives easy access to the outdoor deck and living space. The kitchen and dining area are combined, making for a wonderful gathering space to share home cooked meals that has helped families reconnect and make memories for generations.
The primary bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, large closet, and private bathroom. There is another guest room with a full bed that shares the hall bathroom with the twin bedroom. The hall bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.
For larger family gatherings, rent the W154 “Craft Lower” unit which is directly below for a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - contact Bryant directly for details.

Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals in summer with a 3-night minimum stay. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.

Parking: Parking for 2 cars in driveway.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Prohibited: Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
