Welcome to The Greer!
Newly upgraded with fresh paint throughout, stainless steel appliances, new bathroom vanity & toilet, and all new furniture & décor. This pristine ocean view suite is fondly named after the owner’s beloved longhaired dachshund, Greer. It features modern décor, and is well appointed for a short getaway or an extended stay. Located on the second floor with spectacular views of the ocean and in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. There is one dedicated parking space, leave your keys and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops. Book now for a little slice of paradise on Wrightsville Beach!

There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required

Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Mom & daughter birthday getaway

The property was clean and the beach access was great. However, we noticed the 2nd night there that there weren’t any glasses in cabinet. They were all in the dishwasher (I started it to make sure they were clean). We ate out every day, so dishes weren’t needed. The temperature not being able to be adjusted below 72 was tough, it was much too warm especially to sleep. The bed was awful. There is a big dip towards the center and it makes noise with every movement. The fitted sheet kept popping off because of the mattress protector, to which I kept getting out of the bed to adjust. Lastly, the sliding door to the patio from the dining area wouldn’t lock. We put a chair in front of the door to offer some peace so we could sleep. If the bed, temperature and safety issues were addressed, we would definitely recommend and stay again.

Apartment was as described on-line. Clean, great location.I signed the lease as required. I have a problem with receipt of a list of check-in warnings from the property management after payment was made that included the following:"Do not turn the Air Condition below 72. Doing so will cause the units to “freeze up” and you will be billed for A/C service visits and subsequent repairs if required."Something like this should be on the property description as 72 degrees isn't exactly a comfortable sleeping temperature for a lot of people when it's hot outside.VRBO should do something about this.

Unhappy anniversary getaway

We arrived, not able to get in building. 6:30 in evening. No one to reach. Set owner message. Got no response. Luckily a staff member was there helping someone else. She helped us get in and up to unit. When she opened the door the pungent odor came out. Smelled like old sweaty smell..No ice maker. 2 plastic trays. 1 pillow for each person. Pillows were cheap and so flat it was like not having one. We left to next morning and went somewhere else.

Great place!

It was such a great place to stay and the location was amazing. We had a little bit of an issue, but communication was super easy and problem was resolved very very quickly! I would definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Nice condo on the beach, close to bars

The condo was clean and comfortable, walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The drawback of the location was the noise around 2 am when the bars closed. We were awakened each night by lots of yelling on the street below. Nothing to be done about it but may want to consider when booking.

Amazing vibe in Wrightsville Beach with local coffe Shoppe ‘Sunny Days I think - nearby dining - walkable beach with surfing! Easy to get to town. Drawbridge at 4pm - probably other times too No shampoo/conditioner? Bunk beds are for kids or a small adult.

Great location

The location is great, very convenient and no need to drive if the beach is why you’re here. The condo is small but clean and nicely decorated. We were on the 2nd floor and you can hear the street noise from the bedroom and the bed was too soft and squishy for us. Also the tub/shower floor is very soft and squishy. You may want to check for water damage? Other than that, we had a nice time during our stay.
