“First of all, none of the staff can speak English. Only the manager could speak a little bit of English. The ad says that there is shuttle from the hotel to the airport but not true. The room is very dark and not well -maintained. Please stay away from this hotel if you cant speak Chinese”

“The hotel room smelled like clean laundry when I checked in, but after a couple of days the bathroom in particular began to stink. The bedsheets seemed clean, but the carpet was stained. There were a lot of cracks in the plaster walls and ceiling, wallpaper coming off, and several cracked tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was installed wonkily and there was something sticky on the handle of the hairdryer, which itself didn't work. My male colleague got a knock on his bedroom door at 11:30.……
