「Lovely grounds and excellent staff. The deluxe room was nice. It was tired, it would benfit from a fixutres and fitting refresh. We were comfortable and I wouldn't let this stop me booking again. The jacuzzi was not operational on both day and this was disappointing. I feel something could have been done to compensate for this. The pool was also a touch cold for me. I booked 2 treatments. 「Nice time overall. Disappointed there was no hot water Saturday night & that we didn’t get robes as stated we would in the deluxe rooms. Also toiletries very sparse had to ask for soap. Was thankful we upgraded the room for our parents as their room was lovely. Fabulous view. 「We stayed in room 7, and went to bed at around 11.30pm. The room was so noisy from the bar area until around 1am. The room facilities were poor, lots of maintenance issues like no toilet roll holder, loose shelf, loose hook on back of door. The shower was luke warm and felt like needles. The window didn’t shut properly and the pillows were wafer thin. The bin hadn’t been emptied properly from previous guest there was a tooth pick in there!! For £180 per night there was a lot wrong with this...
