“My new great place to stay in Rochester; the MOST bang for my buck. I don’t need fancy; I need a good clean room, good bathroom, good bed, decent breakfast, safe, good parking & access, and affordable. I go to the Mayo regularly and will probably have to for the rest of my life. I’m on a serious budget and this is THE ONE. It’s friendly, WELL managed (my fridge was dodgy and the manager showed up with a new one - just.like.that.), very nice breakfast, decent coffee, nice pool, good (for me)……

“I liked that the cabin is fairly isolated. It was a great location to watch and photograph the Perseid meteor shower. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I did not like is the lack of running water at the cabin. A very minor issue for me as someone who has done a lot of camping. I would definitely consider staying here again some time. ”
