“The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. “Didn’t have breakfast, but if the standard of food is everything like the evening meal we had it would be excellent.. it was really cold on the night we stayed but the entire building was cozy. We could adjust our room temperature which was ideal. Could not fault anything”

“It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. “There are plenty of parking spaces but yet they are mostly full. If you plan to drive, better to have a contingency plan in case you cannot find a parking space. The breakfast is very good n the room is clean and comfy. I enjoyed my stay there. ”

“We stayed in a room that is more spacious than average ones. Clean and tidy. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Buffet style English breakfast is served, and quite tasty. The kitchen even takes simple orders to suit your needs. Guests can also use the pool and gym for free, which is rare for many hotels. Lots of parking spaces. The only concern is that the room has no air conditioning. During a summer day it could be rather hot and stuffy.”
