"A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast is always delicious and we look forward to that part of our trip! The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The well appointed gym is a nice plus. Cannot wait for our next trip!!!!"

"I checked in on Sunday. I expected to have clean towels on Monday. In the very least. I went to desk and got put on a list. I was told housekeeping may not make it fir it was a busy weekend. Tuesday the same, put on list to no avail. Wednesday I ran"

"The 1st room keys didn't work, smelled like smoke, hair on the pillows, a dirty hand print on the sheets, paint chipping off the walls and dilapidated furniture. The second room smelled slightly better but it too had a smell, was dirty, and no tv remote. Front desk had them in a drawer. It didn't work. Maintenance tried and could only get it to change channels. We left and went to another hotel. The night manager was very nice and understanding."

"Proximity to People’s Bank Arena and the Yard Goats Stadium couldn’t be better. We saw a baseball and hockey game on the same weekend. The kids had a blast. The rooms were clean and parking was easy. Staff were lovely."

No ice bucket or ice trays in the freezer "
