「Fantastic location - central to many of the diverse neighborhoods of Toronto and so convenient to public transport. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and the room we had was spacious. Since it is a small hotel it really felt like we lived in the neighborhood rather than being tourists. A few downsides; for the price, at nearly $400 / night, I would not consider it a luxury experience. Since there is no traditional lobby it felt impersonal. No coffee in the morning other than...

「There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. 」
