"The unit was spacious, well laid out, and in an excellent downtown location within walking distance to Union Station, restaurants, the waterfront, and major attractions. The balcony and views were a nice bonus, and the beds were comfortable. The biggest issue was communication and check-in. Instructions were supposed to arrive 72 hours before check-in and did not. "Over all Solid. Very good value for Money. Staff were polite and responsive. Rooms was small but clean. All basics covered. If looking for a clean, reasonably priced and central "hub" to stay out of I highly recommend. If you are going to be using it as anything more than a place to sleep (and quick drink in lobby etc) you may want more (but you'll pay more). I will go back."

"Underground parking made our trip covenient know our car was safe. Public transportation was used throughout our trip and the staff was very helpful while we navigated. The whole facility was great and extremely clean. Washer, dryer and kitchen we a much with little kids. Our kids enjoyed the pool although it was in the apartment building next door and took a little extra navigating to find it. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"Being a country girl I didn’t realize or read properly that it was dorm rooms not being used in the summer. - My husband and I had a joining room - meaning a double bed in 2 spaces or rooms with the bathroom in between with a sink toilet and shower. No mini fridge no tv which in this case was ok as we were out and about except to sleep. And having your own space and not sharing with spouse was ok. Beds were comfortable. No hair dryer. Only 3 hangers Good WiFi the area was great for public transport with subway and above ground trains and bikes to rent. Good non box store places to eat. Value for your money"

"This is not a HOTEL. This is an apartment that is being rented out as a "hotel room". When I arrived to the location, a police officer was outside and he said that it was not a hotel but a resident building. To not go into the building since it could not be safe. I spoke to the information sent by Hotels.com and the number they use was on WhatsApp. I even went to the original location given which was in a really bad neighborhood with only bodegas, cigar stores and other simple stores. I call the supposed attendant for this location they were not helpful. I spoke to the officer and he said to file a police report. I tried to cancel with Hotels.com and they said to wait 72hrs for the correction. By the next day the supposed manager for this location stated that he will not give the refund, even though I never accepted to stay and the predicament that they put me through. They said that I should've accepted it and work with them. Hotels.com also did not helped me with the situation. I have to wait until it gets posted to create a case with my bank to get my money bank. Never again will I trust Hotels.com. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY. IT IS A SCAM!"
