"Both bedrooms smelled very bad because of the bathroom pipes. We felt we slept in a sewer. Terrible night sleep because windows had to be opened and there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room. We woke up with multiple mosquito bites. Also, when booking it did not state an additional charge for a late check, but we were told that there would be a late check charge after 9pm. "

Accueil chaleureux.L'hôtelier se mettant à votre service malgré la barrière de la langue en ce qui nous concerne. Seul bémol l'environnement.Vue sur les coures d'immeubles"

"The Hotel is just at the edge of town in Santiago. However, they offer a shuttle service to downtown every hour from 10 am to 8 PM. The hotel itself is great. We booked a villa and price was very good. Very roomy with a separate bedroom. Looks to be very new. Definitely recommend this Hotel."
