"We were pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the house - beautiful rooms, well equipped and very clean. The garden was amazing with shady sitting places, a stream and an old mill. You could walk along the stream to the nearby town with supermarkets and other shops. The house is close to sandy beaches (15 km) which were wonderful with few people. "Schon der Empfang war überaus freundlich, mit einem großen Korb voller Gemüse, Obst und Eier, der alle paar Tage wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Ein riesiges Grundstück, das trotz vier Ferienwohnungen darauf jede Menge Privatheit zulässt. Am Rand der Gemüsegarten und ein Gehege für die Eier-Lieferanten und zwei verschmuste Hunde. "The home was beautiful and confortable. Fran was bery nice and brought his daughter to help with English. The only drawback was location. It was not convenient to Santiago because getting a taxi was hard. Taxis from Santiago woild not come to us and were not familiar with the address. Fran helped order a local taxi for us. It was easier once we had a car. If you are doing the Camino stay in Santiago downtown. If you want a peaceful country setting, this home is good."
