Insuficiente

Próximo a la playa. El suelo estaba suelto daba miedo andar pues crujía bajo los pies. Sin aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo en el comedor, calor insufrible en las habitaciones, debería tener mínimo ventiladores en las habitaciones. Muy ruidoso, tanto de vecindario como la puerta de la escalera, cerraba con un golpe demasiado fuerte al ser un primero se escuchaba un gran estruendo.

Buena zona. Apartamento cómodo y amplio. Hay bastantes azulejos rotos en el suelo en la entrada a la cocina que se podrían cambiar. Olor a humedad muy penetrante en el mueble del salón.
