"Great slippers and robes! The breakfast had a selection of local options, fresh fruit, breads and an omelette station. The lobby is beautiful and staff is great! Night time staff did not speak much English but you can manage with a translating app. We did not use the gym or pool but both areas looked wonderful. The location near a large mall and near the metro was very convenient! The Zumiao temple was only a 30 minute ride via metro. The main reason we reserved this hotel was because it was one of few that offered a washer/dryer - it worked, but please plan for a 2 hour drying cycle because none of the shorter ones worked. This hotel offers a kitchen and actually offers plates, cutlery etc. (we stayed at another property that had a kitchen but nothing to cook with). We would stay here again! "

"The lobby area is spacious, the room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has an amazing variety to choose from and was very delicious. The concierge staff He Yong Sheng was very helpful. My daughter ran out of contact lenses solution and all the deliveries needed either a local phone number or will only be able to deliver the solution the next day. This staff was really helpful to lend his phone number and was very hospitable throughout our stay."
