I chose the hotel for the location and views. It is situated on the corner of the West Lake, at walking distance to both upscale and local markets and served by underground stations. The front rooms have large windows with lateral view of the lake promenade (ask for a room on the left wing for more scenic views).
This was a last minute work & leisure trip with not much preparation. All the staff was very attentive and helpful but concierge Tim stood out, suggesting and booking tours and entertainment to fit my schedule.

The room is clean and very spacious. Location is convenient to major attractions and shopping. Breakfast has a lot of choices. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
