This is my first time staying with Emerald. It was a good experience. Love the atmosphere there, the receptionist is very welcoming. Room is nice, clean and organized. Buffet breakfast have plenty of seating, different type of dishes from all over the world. Overall, its a good experience and good place to stay in Ho Tram.

The hotel prepared a very special decoration for my birthday, early checkin at 2:30pm. I truly appreciate it. The private beach is good, the pool is awesome! The other services are also super interesting ( kayak, bicycle…). One constructive feedback : the housekeeper forgot to clear the shampoo of previous guests.

It’s a large scale of resort for mainly local families. Rooms are basis with tiny bathrooms and stains. Breakfast has a good variety of food choice but it lack of high quality coffee machine. Coffee is never hot. The weekend is a chaos with full of screaming kids everywhere. Unfortunately nothing unique or special about Emerald to write. I don’t recommend it if you are looking for a cosy high end resort with styles.

Lovely place. Staff were helpful. We had a 3bed villa, which was very spacious but a strange set up. Each room had its own access card, so you had to have cards on you all the times and only one room had access to the main living and kitchen area. There was a kitchen but no utensils, pans etc to allow for any cooking. Each room had its own kettle but nothing in the main kitchen. The pool was great but we only had 2 outdoor chairs and no loungers or anything else you would expect in a pool area. The whole area is still being developed so not a lot around for shops and restaurants etc.,
