“This home is in the perfect location! Just enough space for you and your partner to be cozy and enjoy all that Yachats can offer. The hot tub was so relaxing and the bed was so comfortable that my husband started looking for mattress toppers for our home to replicate his sleeping experience.”

“What a lovely stay! The place was clean and you couldn’t ask for a better view and beach access. Backing out of the driveway is tricky but doable. The climb down to the beach could be hard for older people. Make note that there is only a toaster oven, no oven. We absolutely loved it though. It’s quaint and comfortable! We will be back again! It’s adorable!”

“The owners paid a lot of attention to the details of making sure we had everything we might need. The place was very comfortable with very nice amenities (stocked kitchen, extra supplies, hot tub, etc.) The view of the river was lovely. We enjoyed our stay there very much.”

And incase anyone is wondering, , the place was hair free and doesn't smell like animals. We plan to come back and have already shared with others. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“We enjoyed our 1st vacation in 12 years- and definitely will be back! Very clean! The manager was very communicative. We loved the easy access to the beach especially since we have dogs. We enjoyed the views especially from the bedroom at sunset. We got lucky and had a couple of days of sunshine -very rare in April! The only thing that we would change would be bigger chairs/furniture in the living room … my husband is 6’4 Lol! :)”

The easy walk to the beach and the stocked kitchen make it my favorite coastal getaway. “My girlfriend, dogs, and I stayed in what we called “the hobbit house” in the middle of a rainstorm and it was epic! The covered patio area was perfect to watch the rain, and still stay dry. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The furniture was very comfortable and plenty of activities to keep busy. We had an issue with the hot water heater, but within an hour the repairman was out and made reset the switch. He was super friendly and told us about the area. We didn’t walk to……
