This property was very clean, located just a couple of minutes from the main downtown. It was quiet with the sounds of the ocean to lull us to sleep. We had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Would stay here again. We loved Yachats.

Great House with a View

House was perfect for our friends getaway. We had 3 couples stay at the house and it was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed, beds were comfy and the house cozy. I would for sure stay here again

Great house in a great location

Very clean house with plenty of room for family of 3 plus a dog. Had a great game room in the garage - provided for some nice family fun during the rain. Also, a nice distance from Yachats and the small beach in Yachats - it was a real easy and pleasant walk to both.

Wonderful place!

This is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need as it is wonderfully equipped. Three full bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a view of the ocean, two gas fireplaces, large, open kitchen, and a two minute ride into town. We would stay here again and again and again

Beautiful views

We loved our stay here! Beautiful picture window views of waves crashing the rocks from primary bedroom, to woods views in lower bedroom and secondary upstairs bedrooms. There was plenty of separate living space for all, too. We also really enjoyed our evening picnic and fire pit time on our last night!

Well appointed with quality on all levels. Great quiet location. Beautiful view from the living room. Very family friendly. We stayed here with 3 generations and it worked so well. The grandkids loved the games and the proximity to a great Sandy beach just a short walk away.

Beautiful house, fantastic location!

We were very pleased with our stay at this house...the size of the home and the lot, the accommodations, the VERY well-stocked kitchen, and the yard was a huge plus! We also loved that we were so close to the ocean - we had a wonderful view, and we could listen to the surf all night. The only slight issue we experienced was the washing machine leaking when we tried to do some laundry...aside from that, everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

GEM ON THE COAST

My family and I took my 80-year-old mom to see the King Tides. This house was perfect for us. The VIEWS are phenomenal. The house is set up great to gather or space to yourself. Beds were super comfy. Foot noise from above when your downstairs is a bit noisy but other than that, this place is a perfect 10. We can't wait to come back.

Amazing

Would book this home again in a heartbeat. This house was amazing. Very clean and spacious. The views were beautiful and easy to see with freshly cleaned windows. Fun games in garage for everyone. Communications were easy and was always provided information ahead of time. The area is picturesque, and home is close to so many great places to visit. You won't regret booking this home.

Attention to detail, views, and beautiful surroundings

Unexpectedly the owner has paid significant attention to all house details. The house is lovely with spectacular views! Very comfortable and beautifully furnished. My stay was simple, quiet, restful, and productive. The upstairs windows and looking out to the ocean felt like an elevated tower. It was fun and a pleasure to cook while looking at the sea. I hope to be back and will definitely rent this house again .

Family Getaway

Our extended family, group of 8 ranging in age from 15 to 75, stayed at Summershore for three nights. The house was the perfect size for our group, with enough space to spread out when we needed and come together when we wanted. We enjoyed foosball and ping pong, made s'mores in the evenings with a fire in the yard and had a wonderful view for coffee in the mornings. The kitchen is very well appointed (just know to bring your own oils, spices and condiments). The dining table easily fit everyone, and we could play games there after dinner. A trail and oceanside road at the end of the street makes for an easy walk into central Yachats, where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants and some cute shops. All in all, this was a wonderful getaway and this house was exactly what we needed.

Yahoo for Yachats!

This is an exceptional property and one of our favorites! The home is lovingly cared for and had been outfitted with just about everything a family and friends would need to enjoy all that Yachats has to offer. The location is right on the Oregon coast trail and we walked both north to town and south to the Amanda Statue. The view of the ocean is fabulous for spout seeking or just relaxing. The finished garage is great for games. The split of living above and below gave our teen a place to hang on his own. And our dogs appreciated the fenced in yard when they were resting after running on the beach. We hate to review this gem for fear we won't get it again! Please note there is a required flight of steps indoors from the ground level to the main living, kitchen and dining area.

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed... even two types of coffee makers, a Keurig and drip. Everything was well labeled and easy to understand. The street was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed tide pooling at sunset. We would definitely stay here again!
