Fantastic house for a large group

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was perfect for our large group and had all the amenities we needed. Great parking and even space for the boat alongside the house. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning so it was incredibly stuffy and hot inside, so much so that we had to spend another 500 on a portable air con just so our toddler could actually get some sleep. Communication and check in was easy. Definitely will stay again (maybe just in winter next time).

House size and location was perfect for our stay however there is no love going back into this house considering how much you pay to stay. The wifi didn't work at all so we had to hotspot to watch tv. The stovetop didnt work well and the beds are very basic, weak, creaky and broken. The house could benefit from new furniture and a refurb. Lots of staining on the celilings and just a very tired home. There was only 1 small milk in the fridge for a family of 8 - 10. The kitchen and dining area is a geeat size and the bathrooms are modern and clean. I did love the pottery pinch bowl gift that was a lovely touch. Check in was easy and communication great. Perfect house for large groups but definitely some love needed to bring it up to a 5 star stay.
