"Not allowed to use outdoor pool unless you bought an additional spa package. Rooms were very small for the price and major construction going on."

"Bed was really comfortable and I appreciated the extra blanket in the closet. Since we started the vacation under the weather, the hot showers felt even better, but the inability to self scroll the TV guide and actually select a channel was annoying. However, the location was fantastic both for walking to restaurants (downtown and south Montford) and activities, and easy access to highway for sightseeing. Meant to use the pool and exercise room, but never made it there. Amazing sunset from rooftop bar! "

"WOW, I highly recommend Restoration Ashville. Located right in the center of Ashville. The staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Many cozy locations to relax and enjoy your day. The basement lounge is a fun place to unwind after your day. For me, it’s the little things that make a big difference. Free water and soda in your room. You don’t see that anymore. A free picnic basket with breakfast goodies brought to your door every morning. All for a very reasonable price. So, if your looking for a comfortable hotel to lay your head at night with excellent service and quality throughout I think Restoration is for you. (Basically for most of the day you’re out and about exploring Ashville, the mountains, Biltmore Estates…..) If your wanting the resort experience, basically you don’t leave the hotel for the majority of your stay then there are other options."

" Receptionist told me I need to pay 50 dollars for incidentals only by card. All other places give you options- card or cash and I always chose cash cause its craziness to give 50 extra dollars by card and wait up to 7 days to receive it back. I am not that expensive! So if I travel 5 days and I stay each night in different hotel of this net, I need to pay 250 extra only for that and dont get it back when I need this money for the trip! Who even created that! ??? I already had 2 situations when money NEVER returned to me and I needed to complain on hotel in my bank. Well the Receptionist told me that if i dont want to pay by card, he can make me refund for my stay. But with the smile on his face he added " By the way, this refund you will not recieve for the next 5 days too". The maid came to us at check out day 15 min befor 11 and began to knock like crazy. Then she came twice more which was very annoying. I never had in a place of this level maid to come at all and disturb me. Then she roll her huge cleaning cart to our door the way we had difficulty to move out our cart with luggage. She just stood there, interrupting me and even had a nerve to ask is everything ok. I told her it could be ok if she d be not that annoying. I LL never to stay in this net anymore. They dont care about customers. I travel much and never met this treatment. On the way out I complained to Receptionist about the maid and she wrote it in her computer or pretended she did They NEVER apologized"
