I stad there before and they let me have my dog. And I made a reservation and and l got there he told me l couldn't have my dog as you can one day but not the answer.

Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never made it to one. Horrible experience. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE.

I have never stayed at a motel/ hotel that wouldn't give you a extra towel i spilled a drink and used 1 of the 2 towels that were given to me to clean up the drink. Then was denied a extra towel. My advice to the owners or whoever is in charge. Maybe if your people doesn't like it when a tenant was to come ask for a towel regardless of the hr They shouldn't be in the hotel business.

It was a Little dirty in the bathroom wife had to clean before she took shower. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as higher priced places But was comfortable.

Place was a dump. That place is a long term rental that reeked of pot. Very low rent. Your brand should not be associated with a place like that.

The room was nothing like the photo.... i took pucs of how horrible it was. The toliwt leaked and wobbles... there was wires hanging out of cieling with a sock attached to it...i would greatly share the photos if i could... its a very sketchy place... and the management was very rude
Light was just barely hanging on
Tv wasn't mounted and hard to see
This was the air and had cardboard around the glass part.. filled room with smell of weed...from hole in hallway from duct work hanging out

Extremely filthy environment

The rooms were extremely dirty. The bedding had ash burns on them. Didn’t even stay the night. Decided to cancel stay, because it was so bad.

No vacant rooms when I arrived

I booked the hotel room using hotels.com at the TRI airport. When I arrived at the hotel about 40 minutes later, I was told there were no vacant rooms. I had to make other arrangements.

Just a dude trying to make money for his family

There was some dead roaches and some windows were boarded up- did not see many only saw like 4 alive and killed every one of them. Didn’t even honor our reservation and had to book for two separate nights

The pictures do not match the property. The property is very run down. Customer service was non existent. He walked me to see the room and I took 2 steps in there and immediately turned around and found another hotel. And had to wash the bottom of my shoes
