「The condo is well equipped and stocked. The view was amazing. We both golf so looking out on a fairway was a great pkace to enjoy our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.」

「We stayed here for a long weekend, and we wanted to do a little of everything- Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona and hiking. It was a perfect location for all of it! Access to a washing machine was so nice as the AZ sun was hot while we were in town. Woudl highly recommend this spot!」

「The most thoughtful and clean place I've ever stayed.... and that view from the back windows! Little things like daily breakfast options, coffee/sugar, ziplock baggies, condiments, chip clips, and the Red Rocks parking pass - very kind and most appreciated when traveling. Terry was a stellar host - very informative and communicative. We are sun up/sun down hikers and have stayed at lots of different places. This was a pleasant surprise, and I highly recommend. 」

「The property was clean and looked like the pictures. Easy access to everything. Area was quiet. Would definitely recommend!」

「Beautiful view at a great spot with a view of Bell mountain and steps from many interconnecting trails. Ideal site. Condo was clean yet had several issues - ie. one shower didn’t work, microwave screeched, some repairs needed. 」

「Perfect place to stay for a quiet getaway. Ideal location for central access to surrounding trails and Sedona. Will be returning to stay again. 」

「It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room 」

「The property was just as advertised. Very clean, well appointed, close to attractions. We really appreciated the Red Rocks Park pass. The pool and grounds were awesome. Grocery store and many restaurants were within walking distance. We felt very safe in the are walking after dark. 」

「It was good for the price, it was priced lower than places in the Sedona area. Could use some updates, furniture was dirty, we put a sheet on top of the couches to be comfortable. The pool was very clean, and the owner was great with communication.」
