“There are some noisy on second floor at almost at 9 in the morning”

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“Great location. Rooms included all you need (dishes, pots, pan, cups, plates, ice trays) including pool towels. Easy to get to all hike locations and nearby Cottonwood that has food opts.”

“The ac in our room hardly worked. And it was hard to sleep. When we contacted the front desk, all they offered was to give us fans. And refunded our 35 resort fee. A place that charges over 600 a night I would expect better.”

“Place was beautiful and a nice location to explore the Sedona area. What I didn’t like was staff, upon arrival, pressed us to hear about a time share. Not what you want to hear after a long flight and drive from Phoenix. EXPEDIA didn’t mention this would happen in their description and I think that should add as heads up to “you’ll be greeted by staff””
