“It’s a timeshare and we don’t do time shares. As usual with these properties they say they aren’t high pressure but when a customer says no thank you do not continue to try to get them to go to the presentation”

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“From checking in to check out, everybody was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay. We will be back.”

“Bathroom - faucet improperly installed; bathroom needs a piece of furniture for kit bags, towel racks inadequate, shower plumbing installation mediocre. The bedroom would have been much nicer with another chair. Entertainment in the bar was weak. The setting from our room was beautiful; the location has so much to offer. We might come back. The view from our part of the property is the deal.”
