「While we were there we planned on having pool time. Pool was closed the whole 3 days we were there. Electronic key malfunction on our room. The check in desk tried to help. Hover ever it kept locking us out of our room. Walking back and forth from the desk up the elevator to the room multiple times to test key cards that didn’t work is aggravating. They never could remedy the situation locking me out of our room.」
