“There were dog footprints that were stained into the freshly changed sheets on my bed when I entered the room. There were roaches in the room. the bed was sunken in, which makes clear that they do not ever rotate or replace the mattresses. The shower was a corner shower like the ones in an RV. The toilet flushed, but did not take the contents down with the water, thus flushing was a series of 4-5 flushes. The second floor walkways are crumbling, and severely slanted, which clearly demonstrates……

“We prepaid for the room. When we arrived we waited about 10 minutes for check in. A boy first showed up then went in to get us assistance. The gentleman said he was not used to working at the counter & that his wife was sick. The king bed was great. But the tv did not work. We could not call the owners as the phone service said it was out of order. The tub did not have a stopper so I couldn’t bathe. Lamp was missing it’s lightbulb.”

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
