"This is our second stay at Prescott Resort and we were very pleased. Our large king room was roomy with a comfortable bed and nice sitting area. It was very clean except for a leftover washcloth from the prior party that stayed. I don’t know if they’re cutting back on the housekeeping staff but they do not come in your room even though we had a 3 night stay, so no making the bed, tidying up or dumping trash cans. You need to set your can outside if you need it emptied and same with replacing dirty towels. We are all about conserving water so we did reuse towels. We ate at both restaurants and food was always tasty and the servers were excellent. They are very welcoming and eager to please. We will definitely return again!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room we got was very comfortable and was stocked with everything a family could use. It had a stove, refrigerator, microwave and to our surprise the cabinets were filled with everything you could use, such as dishes, silverware, pots/pans for cooking, dishwashing liquid, paper towels (fully stocked). We were very pleased with this hotel and would return in the future and recommend it to anyone traveling with a family. The only negative was the floors were not clean and were sticky when we walked as we found out they were dirty after our feet were black when we took a shower. Otherwise, everything else was great!"
