"Every person (and one friendly dog named Rocky) at Hacienda Chichen-Itza is helpful! From an early check-in, to the front desk manager who made sure we had a lovely table for two during our one-night stay, to the servers, we had exceptional service. The pool is Olympic length I think, and great for lap swimming or just floating under the palm trees. The setting is unique and peaceful. Come to see the Mayan ruins; stay to enjoy being pampered. "

"Less than one year-old this fantastic modern hotel sits in the jungle 10 minutes from Chitzen Itza. They provide shuttle service to the ruins, town,swimming holes. Service cleaning the room all were five stars. The only weakness was very spotty Wi-Fi. Go there before it gets too crowded with tourist buses."
