「From here we visited Corfe Castle, Brownsea Isla, studlands and Swanage. It was a very reasonable price for comforable beds and a quiet place to retreat, with lovely views to wake up to. The farm shop with local produce and fresh eggs is a real bonus. 」

「Perfect property, just as described. Beautiful views at the back, as the picture shows. Convenient location with shops in walking distance, and a choice of lovely beaches just a short drive. Helpful hosts too. Highly recommend!」

「Beautiful house with stunning views of Weymouth bay and Portland. The location was great it was nice and quiet but easy to get into Weymouth either by 30 minute walk on the Rodwell trail or by very frequent buses stopping a couple of minutes walk from the house. We didn't use our car at all whilst we were there. For eating out there is Billy Winters which is 5 minute walk and worth a visit and lots of lovely pubs and restaurants in Weymouth and Portland. There are also quite a few takeaways...

Sally was really helpful from the very start. We had an amazing week there, it just wasn’t long enough. Our last night there was perfect with the fireworks and live music along the harbour, the atmosphere was unbelievable. We will definitely be back as there was so much more for us to do that we didn’t have time for. 」

「We had a really nice stay end of July, the kids loved the pool facilities. The area was quiet and close to beaches. There was plenty of crockery and things needed for a self catering stay for a few days. Jodi and Simon were very responsive in our communications up to and during the stay which was really appreciated.The induction hob took some getting used to and would recommend supplying a couple extra tea towels, but other than that- 5 stars! Would stay here again.」

「Beautiful cottage, really huge lounge and lots of fields around. Host Dawn was super helpful and the cottage had everything you needed. The showers were great and super clean, I always found that the pictures always look better than the actual place when you arrive, but this was even better in person. This is our first time renting a cottage rather than a hotel, and we're taking our puppy. We will be back with the whole family this time to enjoy it again.」

"a farmhouse, you can feel the humidity of the stone wall room, a bit too dark inside the room, but general acceptable beautiful environment, you can enjoy a very good countryside view (inc the corfe castle ruins), if you dont want to drive to the town to have lunch or dinner, you can enjoy the local meal at the farmhouse restaurant"
