This is our third stay in Mulberry Cottage.. It's a delightful cottage - very cosy, comfortable and clean, and in an excellent location for visiting the city centre and other attractions.

The cottage is well appointed, clean, comfortable and well equiped with the benefit of a dedicated car parking space which is a real bonus. It's location is so close to the city centre, yet extremely quiet. We will definately return and us this agency again, who provided clear directions to the property.

A repeat stay in this excellent cottage.

A repeat stay in this excellent cottage. Major pluses are the super king bed, the excellent heating/hot water system, the private parking place and the wonderful central location. In spite of the location, and it being a terraced cottage, it was very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. As the kitchen area is very small, there is probably no room for a dishwasher, but this is the only real omission from this wonderful property. We have visited York many times, and we will always try to book this cottage in the future!
