“Second time staying in this property. Always clean and accommodating. Little gem in North Tonawanda”

“We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well appointed. It's a short walk to Hertel Ave which has a bunch of shopping and restaurant options. The host was friendly, accommodating, and very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend it and would totally book this again if I was in the area.”

“Sherron provided excellent instructions so getting there and checking in were a breeze. The studio was cute, spacious, spotless, and comfortable. I was surprised at how well supplied it was. Sherron has thought about just about everything. We enjoyed our short stay!”

“Immaculately manicured property, inside and out. Very nice people, great communication and very welcoming. A little weird seeing a full size Trump cutout standing behind our hosts in their house. Pray for our Nation sticker on the fridge. There is a door into their home from inside the apartment that doesn't lock from the apartment side. You can hear them, especially at night when they prefer to argue. Lots of garage door opening and closing at night (and it's pretty loud). Internet password……

“Sometimes photos lie. In this case, everything was as promised! We had what we needed and more! Thank you for the wine and chocolates- a nice touch. It was just the perfect place for family to meet up and spend a couple of days together.”

“My mom and I traveled “home” for a celebration of life and Jillian and this place couldn’t have been more welcoming. The decor is artsy and colorful, the textures are layered, the beds are over-the-top comfortable! The little extras she pours into the space really set this apart from any other rental I’ve had. I look forward to returning again with my kids because there were so many kid-aged toys and conveniences available for use! I felt like I was a guest in a best-friend’s home. Fully……

“We had a great stay at Niagara at this location. The space is nice, up to date, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare our meals. The falls are a short walk away - under 15 minutes to the Maid of the Mist / Observation Tower if you follow the path from the Aquarium / Niagara Gorge Discovery Center. We also walked across to the Canada side (bring your passports!) and viewed from over there as well. We would visit again!”

“Just a short drive to niagara falls and surrounding area. This place was cozy, had everything we needed, and we loved all the little extras that made our stay special! (extra pillows and blankets, coffee, local travel brochures). Favorite stay of our trip!”

“House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip!”

“We rented the lower apartment. Visited family and the Falls. No problems with arrivals at the apartment. It was clean and updated. The kitchen has everything in it, if you want to cook. The neighborhood was quiet. Enough places to have some good food or a coffee downtown North Tonawanda.”

“Stayed for three nights with my husband and another couple. Very convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding area. The apartment was clean, we didn't have any problems. Just wish the fridge was larger and maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom and hangers in the closets.”

“Martins house was perfect for our needs. We could easily walk to Niagara Falls State Park and even across to Canada. The house was clean and in good repair. Martin met us at check in and was very friendly. The only downside is the neighborhood is a little rough. Martins house is nice, but there is an abandoned building next door and others nearby.”

“A clean, efficient and updated; contains different units. Suggestions: a TV already hooked up to the internet so one’s able to watch it, outside lighting to help accessing the sidewalk to get in. My unit was located on the side where my only light to access my door came from the boarded up house next door. Maybe a few smaller lamps inside the unit which provide lighting options instead of all the overhead canned lighting.”
