「I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.」

「Neighborhood, outside of the house, and stairways were sketchy! The inside of the apartment was nice and had enough space. It was great location as far as distance to Niagara, but it did not feel safe. Only down fall inside was that we didn’t get more towels until the last night of our trip. It was priced fairly! 「The house was very nice considering the age and neighboring properties. Bring your own hair dryer, as the one provided looks like it could be a fire hazzard. Stereo and DVD players are broken so, if that's important to you, bring your own. We were glad to have off street parking. This was a great asset during our stay since we walked everywhere and never needed to move our car off the street.」
