“Lovely cottage, in a truely wonderful location. This home is rather arty and unique. Tastefully restored with love by the owner. It is small but plenty big enough for one mum and a lanky son. We thought it could have been a little cleaner; crumbs under cushions, sticky balcony, but as my son said "not bad enough to complain about". The kitchen has everything you need - I took my cook pot so didn't use it much. There is a shop in the village for basics and a Co-op 10 minutes away in Blanaeu……

“This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. The shepherd's hut is beautifully decorated and has such a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The under floor heating kept it lovely and warm too despite the snow outside (which also made it super pretty). The outside space was so private and had a fantastic view over the fields and to the hills beyond. Our favourite thing was sitting out at night by the fire pit and relaxing, looking up at the stars. “The Coach House is a lovely property with incredible views. The property was immaculate and lots of consideration given to travellers. The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. The house is cosy and welcoming at the end of a long day. Chris has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris x”

“Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! I’d recommend bringing some shopping with you, as the nearest shop is around a 30 minute walk away, however if you don’t mind driving it’s only 5/10 mins down the road to the……

“The house was very well appointed, modern, warm, with its own off street parking space, and perfectly situated very close to Betws-y-Coed but sufficiently distanced from it to escape the tourist traffic and crowds. It is situated in a small village in complete silence. Very peaceful.”

“The cottage was very quiet and remote yet the road is no problem at all. It has a stunning view and there’s a walk route where you can explore nearby villages and farm. The cottage owner was friendly and accommodating. She prepared freshly baked scones, milk, coffee, tea, sugar ready on our arrival. She checked on us as well twice to make sure we’re okay. The cottage was cosy and heating was perfect if you need it. The water pressure was superb and the kitchen is well equipped. Location wise,……
