“Everything about this stay and place is perfect. We wanted some time to rest, relax, unplug, but be in nature and have access to hiking. We had the best time. Perfect little secluded spot to think, read, rest, and meditate. I highly recommend!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and had ample parking. Not only were all the usual necessities provided, but there were also some surprise snacks awaiting us. The home is conveniently located and our host was very informative and helpful with quick responses. We enjoyed mine tours, train museums, hiking, and shopping. The Crystal Hermitage Gardens made a perfect backdrop for family photos and our out-of-state relatives particularly enjoyed the area.……

“This is a wonderful property. it is right across the street from the lake. The property offers access to two docks, and a grass area with tables, shade and umbrellas. If you need anything property owner provides it. She is a wonderful lady and so interesting. we were very pleased with the cottage it was very modern. We are already planning our next trip there.”

“Wonderful home. The upstairs was a perfect retreat for our adult son, while my partner and I shared a nice-sized bedroom on the first floor. The living room was very cozy, with plenty of room for our group to talk and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well-equipped. We shopped in Loch Lomond on one evening and in Middletown on another day. There are plenty of grocery options. We cooked dinner several nights during our stay. Overall, it was very relaxing and beautiful.”

“Great spot with beautiful lake views. We stayed here with our 2-year-old, and she loved it. The cabin is on a big piece of land, and we enjoyed walking around with our kid in the evenings. It felt like a different world. Watching the lake and sunset was amazing. We really liked the fireplace and hammock outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The beds were comfy, and they gave us a crib for our kid. The host is very helpful and always there when you need.”

“This cabin was exactly what we needed for our short fishing trip at Clearlake. We had a boat and trailer with us and there was plenty of room to park our trailer and turn it around easily. The house is located minutes from a boat launch and had a few restaurants and a small market within walking distance. There’s even a small boat launch in back of the property for kayaks or other small watercraft and you could fish the canal if you’d like—though when we were there the water level was a little……

“Super cozy cabin and lovely location. I had a great time and wish I could have spent more time there. The wifi worked fine, and it was not a serious issue for me but it’s important to know that AT&T (at least for me) does not have cell reception there.”

“We love the cabin and its decor. Had everything we needed. Was impeccably clean, had plenty of towels for the whole family, communication was great. But, the living room window had no drapes, so we had no privacy when in the kitchen/front room, and the beautiful stove was not hooked up to the propane. We are big on cooking breakfast and were not able to do so. We were offered meals at the roadhouse, but our time up there was committed to family at the Italian Village. I wanted to give this place……

“Place was dirty and swamped with insects. My infant got sick and we left the very next day and took him to an emergency hospital. Neighborhood was creepy and also saw a man taking a piss on the road at a walking distance away. Will not recommend this to anyone”
