「Staff was friendly fr check.in to check out. This is going to be a premier spot when they finish building the restaurant. It is under construction. That was one thing we learned the hard way but they are respectful and dont start super early in the morning. The private roof top pools are key. We will definitely book again」

「We stayed at All Ritmo from July 15 through July 23. We had an amazing experience. I asked for an upgrade when we checked in and was given one for a small increase in price. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the beautiful clear blue waters. The room was enormous, with a beautiful balcony, a large bedroom with two queens beds, a full kitchen, living room and bathroom and walk in closet. 「There is not one bad thing anyone should believe about this beautiful property. Our 3rd bdrm penthouse was spacious yet cozy at the same time. Room temperatures were freezing at night which is awesome for sunburnt skin. One of our favorite places we have stayed while traveling abroad. 」

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
