“We had some issues with the initial check-in as we did not receive the entry code, and were unable to contact the owner. This resulted in us having to spend our first night in a hotel. The owner contacted us the following day and reimbursed us for the inconvenience. After that communication with him was very good. The property was located in a central area close to shopping and restaurants. It’s a small place suitable for two people. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the Bbq. There is ample……

“The property had lots of maintenance issues, like warm water was not available for one of the showers, one sliding door was not working and was open. Cable tv only available in one tv, low batteries on the entrance door knob. I Will look for another option next time”

“This is a such a great property. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back every year! Its was perfect for our little family of five. We have 3 children - ages 5, 2 and 1. The closet space is large enough to hide a pack-n-play so our youngest had his own little space to sleep.”

“We loved being right on the river and the restful place it was. We saw wild burros across the river a few times and heard them more. The main thing we didn't like was that the king bed was right up against the wall on one side, which made it awkward to get in and out of for the person sleeping on that side, plus nowhere to put things. It didn't stop us from reserving it again for next year, though!”

“This duplex has all the comforts of home. Everything is ground level, no stairs so easy access in and out. Plenty of parking outdoors. Cute little well kept back yard. Fully equipment kitchen. Comfortable mattress and bedding and easily accessible bathrooms. Nice washer and dryer in the garage. The owners live next door and are the nicest people you would ever want to meet.”

“This is without a doubt the best place we've ever stayed. We wanted to buy the house and move in. It is clean, comfortable and decorated beyond belief. I honestly considered writing a bad review to keep people away from this...but that wouldn't be fair to the owner who has obviously put a great deal of time and effort into making this a southwestern style showpiece. I can't say enough good things about this house...probably not the best spot for young children, as there are a lot of fragile……
