THE CAVE ROOM: Staff member who checked us in was not welcoming but could have been a cultural difference. Put us in a room that I didn't not request so I was already a bit disappointed. We walked over to our room and noticed so much trash, and furniture that looked piled up for a long time, the pool was dirty and looked like no one has been it in a long while. When entering the room we noticed that there were no towels. The man at the front desk told us that they would bring them in an hour because they were in the dyer. When they finally came they were stained. The hot tub in the room sprayed up and covered our floor with water. We had limited towels, and trying to dry the floor we discovered how dirty the floor was. The sheets on the bed were for a standard bed - not a round bed so they did not fit and came up as soon as we sat on it. The restroom door was falling apart and wasn't even made of wood or particle board it was light like foam. so strange. electrical panel and a light were exposed which made us nervous with all the water around. It was awful. We left as soon as the sun came up at around 5am, no one was at the front desk. The photos look cool - but must be so old because it was NOTHING like we expected.

This was my 3rd time here and I won't be back again. First time was fine, and even economical. I enjoyed seeing a movie at the theater right next door. 2nd time started off OK. Bed and room were good, but then I filling the Jacuzzi bathtub and went out to my car to grab some different shoes. Came back to the room and my key card didn't work. Having running water going, I quickly went to the front desk (roughly 9am) and NO ONE WAS THERE! I frantically rang the bell and shouted out, but nothing. Alas, about 7 minutes later the front desk manager dude casually walked in and I went off about the situation, and trying to impress upon him that I immediately needed in the room so the water wouldn't overflow. He got me a new key and I was back in time to prevent a disaster. HOWEVER, the Jacuzzi jets wouldn't turn on and I had to bother him again to get it working. Also, the more than adequate TV didn't turn on, which was irritating. When I went to check out, the dude had a bit of an attitude. I left with a bad feeling and contemplated cancelling my reservation exactly a week later (which was this past Friday/Sat. He remembered me and apparently gave me and my 2 friends the absolute worst room they have. Both beds were not very comfortable, the shower didn't have much pressure or get very hot, and the fridge/freezer had a broken part. Way too expensive for that situation to occur. To add insult to injury - the $100 "temporary deposit" ended up becoming an actual charge that I now

Underneath the bed was another guest's pair of used socks. The wallpaper was peeling and showed signs of mold beneath it. But the hot tub worked very well and was clean! However, we requested the Jungle room, called a week prior to confirm, and then showed up and was told it was not available.
