"Good location, great design, helpful staff always ready. Good value. What could be improved: The Shenzhen location is better. The Guangzhou location doesn't provide refrigerators in the room. People will take your clothes out of the laundry and dryer. In Shenzhen you can monitor your laundry on the television channel. In Shenzhen they provide you with snacks and drinks every day. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, cigarette smoke can be smelled regularly. If you aren't providing refrigerators in the rooms, you could provide ice on each floor. Instead of bottled water, they should have a filtered water tap to reduce the amount of plastic used. "

The staff at the cafe during voco time gave us excellent service and we were about to order Chinese food to consume on top of our complimentary high team. The young man, can't remember his name at the counter could even recognize us as regular customer and help us with the menu our last day there."
