"This is an excellent hotel for those who would like to eat out and go to nearby Onsen as the hotel does not have Onsen. The hotel was modern Japanese feel, designed by a local architect. It sits in a very quiet location and about 10 minutes walk to the jigoku area."

"The staff was excellent and the food/meals were amazing. The seki saba and aji sashimi as well as the bungo beef were delicious and a must try. We really enjoyed that you get to use one of the four onsen for yourself/your party for 1 hour, just make sure you go at the designated time slot and the onsen you chose. There is English intructions to help you use the amenities as well as an explanation of the inn and their areas. The only issue is we found mold growing in the AC which we did use...

"Breakfast was traditional Japanese faire, which was delicious and changes every day. They had 3 family onsens that you could use with your children. That was quite fun for the children. The staff was attentive, hospitable and went out of their way to make sure the guests were comfortable. Our room had a bath fed by hot spring water so we could then soak in the comfort of our room. All in all, a wonderful experience"

"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "

The kitchen was well equipped with essential cookware, including a rice cooker and microwave, which made it easy for us to prepare meals. "The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. It is highly convenient as there is a supermarket right next to the accommodation that stays open until midnight (12 AM). The only minor downsides were that no mouthwash cups were provided, and one of the rooms didn't have enough space to fully open a suitcase. Aside from that, we were satisfied with everything.
