「Very cute hotel but there was no elevator, the a/c unit was noisy and parking was difficult. I know the climate was the cause but there were many gnats in the room and lobby:bar.」

「A pleasant little Oasis in NOLA. The property and the staff were warm, inviting. The rooms were thoughtfully curated and the pool area was very calming. I stayed in three locations while in NOLA and this location by far was the most pleasant and rewarding.」

「Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

「Location convenient by cab or uber to everything. Room was clean and staff very friendly. A low key type of vibe— not big chain , no extra fees etc. . No tv in room no frig and no maid service during our 4 day stay. We were able to take towels down to lobby for fresh ones. Recommended for a no frills out of the main action type of spot. We would stay there again」

「The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.」

「Very comfortable the rooms are updated and nicely decorated. All the Front desk staff members are so helpful and extremely friendly! The lobby is very charming with convenient areas for guests who are working while there. They have a consieire who gives great advice and a very helpful and friendly bellman who senses when you need assistance. The restaurant has a very good menue and serves breakfast lunch and dinners on site. There is even a dj on site! I highly recommend hotel Tonnelle!」
